As many of you know I have been voluntering wednesday nights at "Origins"... the Intervarsity Fellowship @ the University of Rhode Island. This week I am stepping into a teaching role.
At URI we are in a series called "Everything Matters." Each week we touch upon a new topic within "Everything matters" (mind, body, soul, words, enviornment, sexuality)... and tomorrow night I will be talking about the significance and importance of History.
What role do you play? What does scripture say about History? What can History tell us? Why is History important to God?
I wonder somtimes if we forget that we are a part of a larger story... a larger context.
History is going somewhere... and you are helping to write it... you play a role.
