Texas Caviar

DRAIN->1 can of corn, black bean, pinto bean
CHOP->Peppers (1 red, yellow, green & orange)

MARINADE->Boil 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 3/4 cup suger, 1/2 tsp pepper & salt, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/8 tsp garlic powder (bring to boil and let cool)

* Pour (room temp) Marinade over veggies & beans (let sit in the fridge for 24 hours for best results~stir occasionally)

Enjoy with chips!
