Being on staff at a church can be so amazing, especially when you hear all of the incredible stories and get to see from behind the scenes what God is up to.
two from the last week or so:
1) A member of the worship team's future parents in law came to visit their daughterwho (also note these parents live in China, speak no English and are 65-70 in age). They come over to visit their daughter and meet there future son in law, while over here the father has a heart attack, then through the process of healing both parents accept Christ. Now they are coming to Christ Church even thought they know no English...
2) A individual who has a major life threatening auto immune deficiency finds a church home at Christ church after not going to church in 20 years. This person only meant to stay for the music to encourage a friend who is on the worship team but then stayed for the sermon and then came back the next week and the next....and is asking questions/beaing healed and is being loved by the congregation....
wow....Lord...you are good...whats God doing in your life? what are some of those moments you know of?

lol... i deleted the last two posts cuz they were accidentally blank somehow.... onto other things
you were right about your blog's link... it is jeffandlisaolson... i got confused by the header. you confusers.
playing music tonight was very fun, you're both so talented, it feels nice to play music again with everyone who is at a higher level musically than me. i feel like i'm in an environment where i can really grow. :)
so what has God been doing in my life? i feel like he's been blossoming my friendships a lot. i feel like the people that i've been close with are getting closer, and he's bringing more people into my life to pray for and be a friend to, even though it's really hard to do for some people. but God is good, and through him all things are possible. i'm excited.
also, we're moving. God's really working through me in that, in finding peace in that, because i don't really want to move. but he's making sure i know i'll be okay
